Attend the Annual Strategic Planning Retreat (May) to set your plan for the upcoming school year, then use coaching sessions to progress monitor throughout the fall. You can also attend the Mid-Year Strategic Planning Retreat (Dec) to refocus spring priorities, then leverage coaching to keep momentum through the end of the year.
