Personalized Support to Strengthen Your Leadership and Accelerate School Improvement
One-to-one coaching provides school and district leaders at all levels with personalized support to improve their leadership skills and advance school improvement goals.
Work with expert Accelerate Institute coaches to address your specific challenges, build on your strengths, and make meaningful progress toward your goals.
Pricing
- Package of 6 30-minute sessions: $900
- Package of 10 30-minute sessions: $1,350
All coaching sessions in a package must be used by the same leader in the same school year.
All Coaching takes place in a virtual environment; there are no additional travel costs. Eligible alumni get a 20% discount.
How It Works
Each one-to-one coaching session is 30 minutes and grounded in your school’s Strategic Plan and/or your personal Leadership Development Plan.
If you do not have a current School Strategic Plan or Leadership Development Plan, your coach will send you Accelerate Institute’s Leadership Assessment tool and will guide you through identifying key priorities to anchor your coaching sessions.
One-to-one coaching pairs well with many of our other supports. However, we do not recommend purchasing one-to-one coaching packages if you are currently enrolled in Ascend or Leadership Academy since those programs include one-to-one coaching already.
