Comprehensive Assessment to Drive Strategic School Improvement
The School Audit & Planning service provides a comprehensive review of your school’s systems and structures through staff surveys, data analysis, and staff interviews. This thorough assessment identifies your school’s current successes and three priority areas, complete with immediate actionable steps your leadership team can execute.
Pricing
$4,400 (includes 2 audits per school year)
Both audits must be completed in the same school year.
All Audit and Planning work takes place in a virtual environment; there are no additional travel costs. Eligible alumni get a 20% discount.
How It Works:
Accelerate Institute coaches complete two comprehensive school audits per year (recommended: mid-year and end of year). This includes: staff surveys, focus groups, and analysis of school performance data.
After data collection, coaches analyze the results and work with the school principal in a one-hour planning session to:
- Identify patterns in your school’s systems and structures
- Discuss your school’s strengths and priority areas
- Develop actionable next steps aligned to your school’s goals
