The Leadership Institute gives you intensive foundational training to kickstart the school year. Ascend provides your entire leadership team with year-round coaching, professional development, and support to implement what you’ve learned.
Together, they create powerful momentum: intensive preparation in the summer and sustained team development throughout the school year.

Leadership Institute provides the foundation, while Ascend delivers the sustained team support to turn those foundations into lasting change:
- Intensive kickstart meets sustained support. The Leadership Institute gives you four days of professional development and strategic work time in the summer to build your School Strategic Plan and Leadership Development Plan using Accelerate Institute’s frameworks. Ascend then provides year-round coaching and forums to help your entire team execute those plans and build the systems needed for continuous improvement.
- Individual depth, team alignment. One or more leaders gain intensive grounding in strategic planning, data-driven culture, and team leadership through the Leadership Institute. Then your entire leadership team develops together through Ascend, creating shared language and aligned approaches to school improvement.
- Seamless transition from training to implementation. Complete the Leadership Institute in the summer, then immediately begin Ascend programming. Your team starts the school year with strategic clarity and the ongoing support structure to make meaningful progress on your goals.
- Consistent frameworks across both programs. Both the Leadership Institute and Ascend are grounded in the Accelerate Framework and Transformational Leadership Building Blocks. What you learn in the summer directly informs how you and your team work together all year, creating coherence from individual development to team execution.

Pricing
Leadership Institute:
- $1,500 per participant
- All sessions take place in a virtual classroom; no additional travel costs
Ascend:
- Small (1-3 participants): $1,500/year*
- Medium (4-7 participants): $3,000/year*
- Large (8-15 participants): $5,000/year*
- All programming takes place virtually; no additional travel costs
*Thanks to a group of generous donors, the cost of our newest program, Ascend, will continue to be subsidized through the 2026-27 school year.
