Leadership Academy + Leadership Institute

The principal attends the year-long Leadership Academy for deep leadership development and strategic planning support. The Leadership Academy kicks off with the 4-day Leadership Institute. With this pairing, assistant principals and other key leadership team members (instructional coaches, deans, etc.) join the principal for the 4-day Leadership Institute to build the same foundational knowledge.

Together, they create a leadership team that speaks a common language, uses shared frameworks, and drives your school’s strategic plan from an aligned understanding without the principal carrying the burden of translating and cascading every learning.
