Erin is responsible for facilitating mission-aligned expansion efforts and partnerships with schools, districts, and other organizations across the country as well as ensuring Accelerate Institute’s voice is clear, recognized, and trusted.

In her time at Accelerate Institute, Erin has led growth efforts to launch the Principal Fellowship, Growth Accelerator, and Leadership Academy programs as well as leading all partnerships and marketing efforts to launch the Accelerate Institute Membership (AIM). In addition, she is driving the Accelerate Institute Community (alumni) engagement strategy as well as supporting Accelerate Institute’s development and fundraising efforts. She truly thrives in building connections and relationships with educators, education leaders, and others passionate about educational equity.

Prior to joining Accelerate Institute in 2010, Erin worked for Teach For America’s New York regional development team and was a TFA New York corps member teaching kindergarten in the South Bronx. Erin holds a B.A. in American Studies and Spanish from the University of Notre Dame and a M.S. in Teaching from Pace University. She is originally from Thousand Oaks, CA and Scottsdale, AZ but now calls Chicago, IL home.
