The Principal Fellowship is an intensive leadership development program in which aspiring urban K-12 school principals embark on an individualized three-year journey to yield high academic achievement for students. Principal Fellows join a national corps of transformational school leaders who are closing the achievement gap across the United States.
The School Accelerator provides current urban K-12 school principals and their leadership teams with the skills and customized support necessary to execute school-wide change management and significantly improve academics and culture. The program is inspired by the approach that is the hallmark of the most successful business start-ups and turnarounds.
The Leadership Academy is designed specifically for assistant principals, deans, instructional coaches and other leadership team members. Participants gain the skills needed to maximize their impact in their roles through a rigorous, four-day summer bootcamp and five one-day workshops throughout the school year. Contact Vice President of Partnerships Erin Brooks at email@example.com for more information.
The Ryan Award was established to recognize the achievements of outstanding urban K-12 school leaders. Each year, two leaders are identified in a national search and honored with the prestigious award and a $25,000 honorarium.
